Liz Foulks graduated with a BA in Visual Arts with a concentration in Graphic Design from Fordham University in 2016. She was born and raised in northern New Jersey, and always had a fascination with art and its vibrant presence in New York City.

Liz started her life as an artist at an early age of eight years old, when she first taught herself how to draw. After many years of experience and personal growth, she acquired the skills of a creative professional, such as painting, abstraction, and expressionism. Through these paths, Liz discovered a soft fondness for graphic design. She fell in love with the idea of art through the medium of communication and marketing, and started teaching herself the basics of the digital art world.

Now, Liz is a veteran graphic designer. She is experienced with logo designs, layout designs, and illustrations. Liz is visually inspired by dynamic color relationships, quiet textures, and a soft overlay of minimalism. As the Creative Director of FLASH Magazine, Fordham’s online publication about fashion and beauty, she has a great deal of experience with layout design and art direction.

She is now an in-house designer on Zefr’s creative marketing team and conducts her own freelance business and website.
