Twenty-three-year-old David D. Lunsford, born and raised in East Orange, New Jersey is a film producer specializing in directing, editing and screenwriting. He began his studies of video production at age 15 while attending Bloomfield Technical Vocational High School. He graduated from Rutgers-Newark University in 2018.

David is well experienced with operating video cameras (Primarily Canon XF 300, Canon XF 100, and Canon 5D Mark II) and editing programs (Final cut pro and premiere pro) plus the use of equipment made for visual and audio enhancement. Very skilled at capturing visually appealing and accurate shots. Well experienced in productions pertaining to commercials, interviews, and documentaries. Very well educated in the production of highlight-reels and full game recordings. Great knowledge of sports brands, styles, and details of sneaker products and other sports related equipment. He puts a special emphasis on relating video to music in terms of portraying specific moods for the idea of the film. Music has a big influence on everything it is associated with, therefore careful examination and choices are always made in his productions.

David created his own Youtube series “How Basketball Matters” which expresses the value of basketball players and teams that have a positive influence on the community and different ways the sport is a plus in our society. This youtube series features many players, coaches, and events as examples of the overall message of the series.
